We are recruiting for Tour operators/Tour Guide in our Copenhagen office.
MAIN TASKS & REPONSIBILITY
- Communication Travel Agents in Asia and handling all kinds of agents’ requests with a problem solving, professional attitude
- Creation of tour quotations upon specific needs
- Contract management (with suppliers and customers)
- Management and maintenance of an existing customer portfolio
- Communication with Suppliers
- Guiding groups when necessary
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Fluent in Chinese and/or English
- Good time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Timely and accurate processing of orders
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Tourism industry
- Experience as a tourist guide or tour leader is a plus
